Pneumo-Framed Quick-Erected Structures based on pneumo-framed modules (so called inflatable tents) are used to organize temporary housing in the field, at elimination of consequences of natural disasters, in case of accidents, disasters and for other purposes.
Such pneumo-framed quick-erected structures consist of one or more interconnected pneumatic frame modules and life-safety systems.
Pneumatic frame module - the structure has high stiffness, resistant to wind loads over 15 m/s and snow loads over 20 kg/m2. Aramid Kevlar fiber-based materials with a burn-through time of 97 to 166 seconds are used for the frame sheathing. The air space between the sheathing creates a reliable thermal protection. The main advantage of the technology is the ability to work at critical temperatures. The module can be used in any climatic conditions. Another advantage is the mobility and speed of installation before use. The most demanded modules with area from 25 to 45 m² and weight from 85 to 150 kg are installed from 3 to 5 minutes. The dimensions and strength of the set packaging make it possible to deliver it in any available way. The module together with the life-safety systems turns into a full-fledged room, ready to accommodate the required number of people.
A specially designed power supply system synchronizes all power plants with each other for sequential switching on and off. Pneumatic frame modules can be used to create entire mobile complexes of independent sections connected by transitional parts. Different configurations allow you to organize a convenient zoning of the space to suit your needs. For example, inside the module you can divide the entrance block and the living area, as well as a technical complex with a dining area and a place to rest. The principles of maximum unification and interchangeability are the basis. Wired power supply inside the module at the time of its manufacture allows you to connect the equipment immediately after installation, which is vital for quicker work start. Complexes are equipped with the necessary modern equipment and can operate in an autonomous mode.
